Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a technical escalation point to support global IT infrastructure and collaborate with external vendors and partners.

Contribute to major initiatives, such as network upgrades and cloud migration projects.

Ensure system performance remains optimal, including coordination with third-party service providers.

Monitor and maintain the security, reliability, and performance of core systems and backup environments.

Assist in compliance reporting and remediation efforts.

Work with architecture and security teams to provide feedback on infrastructure solutions.

Help plan and execute infrastructure enhancements within a collaborative team.

Cooperate with vendors and outsourcing teams to continuously improve service quality.
