IT Engineer (Data Center - Hardware)

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle faults and incidents involving GPU servers, CPU servers, network devices, and links based on business needs, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution.
• Coordinate and manage on-site maintenance and repair tasks with vendors and network equipment providers.
• Conduct routine inspections of IT equipment in the data center and handle fault reports.
• Monitor module-level environmental safety, including access control and temperature/humidity inspection.
• Perform equipment installation and removal, replacement, cabling, and system installation/configuration.
• Adjust and manage physical cabling layout in the data center, including fiber optics, network cables, and power cords.
• Oversee construction coordination and management.
• Respond promptly to incidents and track issue resolution.
