Engineer

Location: Field Based – covering mainly sites across Wiltshire and Somerset, with additional travel required across the South of England.

Salary:  £30,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week  

The Role

As an Engineer, you provide high-quality onsite technical support, contribute to infrastructure and service improvement projects, and act as the first technical escalation point for complex hardware and software issues. You maintain a professional, customer focused approach at all times, especially during challenging or high pressure situations.

Skills and Experience:

Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical support, resolving a wide range of faults, queries, and incidents in a timely manner.
Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate confidently, professionally, and effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
