Key Responsibilities

• Monitor streaming equipment (encoders, scanners, desktop systems) using diagnostic tools and system logs to ensure uninterrupted, high‑quality service
• Handle incoming IT support requests, prioritizing the maintenance of essential infrastructure such as Dealer Computer, Encoders, Access Points, and Switches
• Work closely with the development team to test applications prior to deployment
