IT Engineer

As an IT Engineer, you’ll be part of our global IT team managing the entire IT ecosystem across 9 offices worldwide. You’ll focus on automating, optimizing, and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment while providing direct support to colleagues and implementing new solutions within our cloud-first IT landscape.

What you’ll do

• Resolve internal IT issues and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
• Document incidents and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Design, plan, and execute changes in the IT environment.
• Maintain administration for an ISO27001-compliant environment.
• Drive automation of recurring IT activities.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in complex Microsoft environments.
