Job Description
As an IT Engineer, you’ll be part of our global IT team managing the entire IT ecosystem across 9 offices worldwide. You’ll focus on automating, optimizing, and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment while providing direct support to colleagues and implementing new solutions within our cloud-first IT landscape.
What you’ll do
Resolve internal IT issues and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Provide feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
Document incidents and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Design, plan, and execute changes in the IT environment.
Maintain administration for an ISO27001-compliant environment.
Drive automation of recurring IT activities.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in complex Microsoft environments.
Strong skills in task automation, ideally using Power Shell.
