The Role

Our team is growing and hiring for an IT Engineer based in Barcelona, who is capable of spearheading IT technical solutions and providing a variety of IT support for Spanish and EU employees. The ideal person must be resourceful, technical, and love to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will have a sense of autonomy and job ownership. We are looking for someone with a high level of service focus and customer-first mentality who wants to grow their career alongside the rest of the business in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Interact with internal clients to help to resolve all levels of IT-related issues and provide answers promptly

  • Evaluate and test new technologies (hardware/software)

  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, manage the purchase of hardware and software products and ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly
