IT Engineer at HMP Altcourse

HMP Altcourse have an exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer to join the team!

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for incidents assigned to the prison’s IT department, prioritising and managing cases to a successful conclusion. You will assist Sodexo employees in using various networks, CCTV, Alarm, Radios, and cell call systems, enabling them to use the equipment effectively. You will resolve IT issues independently where possible, and work with the Technical Operations Manager (where necessary) to identify problems, find workarounds and more permanent resolutions.
