IT End User Services Analyst

About the Role

Our IT team is growing, and we’re recruiting multiple Business Analysts including this IT End User Services Analyst role which can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth. This role provides Level 1 and 2 end-user support across the Ahrens Group, assisting staff with office productivity and business applications, end-user devices, mobile technology, and meeting room audio-visual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms. Working as part of a supportive and hands-on IT team, the IT End User Services Analyst assists Infrastructure teams where required, acts as an escalation point for more complex issues, supports junior analysts, and helps deliver reliable, consistent IT services across our offices and operational sites.

Skills and Experience
