Job Overview

We are recruiting for an
IT End User Computing (EUC) Specialist
to support an upcoming onsite engagement with a
large enterprise organization
. This role focuses on providing hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring reliable and efficient workplace technology services.

This position requires a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and application-related issues
  • Support user account management using Active Directory
