Albemarle is hiring for an IT Director, Global Human Resources Technology.

The IT Director, Global HR Technology will provide strategic global leadership on all aspects of Albemarle’s Human Resources technology vision, strategy, architecture and analytics/data reporting, aligned with our recently announced HR operating model transformation. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Enterprise Business Systems, with a dotted line to the Vice President, Human Resources Transformation.

This critical leader will sit on both IT and HR leadership teams and serve as an HR “thought leader” to align key stakeholders across the enterprise on a common vision encompassing technology strategies and architecture, including a future state roadmap that supports improving the functional excellence, employee experience and customer experience delivered by HR.
