  • Content Designer (Digital Product Designer – Expert) for a Commercial/Business Banking transformation program, focused on designing clear, technically accurate content within a complex, highly regulated BB payments and banking portal for commercial clients.


    • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain content across core business banking journeys, with emphasis on multiple payment methods and payment/payee management within a new commercial banking portal.​

  • Translate complex banking and payments concepts into clear, concise copy and information hierarchies that support user comprehension and task completion.​

  • Collaborate closely with interaction designers, visual designers, researchers, product owners, business, and technology partners as part of cross-functional product squads.​
