  • We are seeking an Advanced-level Interaction Designer with + years of experience to join a high-performing digital design team within a leading financial services organization.
  • This role will focus on designing and testing new features for Group (Employer) Investing and Advisor platforms, as well as supporting the creation of a new client-facing investment account transfer flow.
  • The designer will also contribute to standardizing team processes and establishing repeatable design patterns.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners, and demonstrates strong design system expertise and research capabilities.
