IT Development Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Define and ensure that changes in scope, objectives and deliverables or schedule are justified, covered, and agreed to by appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resources.
• Coordinate and direct project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and metrics to senior management.
• Facilitate and ensure project documentation are complete and comply with company document standard
• Facilitate regular project progress, meetings and status to project team members, stakeholders, and overseas counterpart
