Job Summary:

• Stage, configure, and prepare desktops and laptops for deployment.
• Perform imaging, software installation, patching, and testing of devices prior to deployment.
• Format, clone, and configure devices for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software issues.
• Perform patching and other related activities to maintain system health.
• Assist with onsite support and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and documentation.
• Handle IT requests and issues through a ticketing system.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with remote backend teams

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Internship in BPO industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and desktop hardware/software trouble...
