Wananga is seeking an IT Desktop Engineer to join their IT Department at the Whakatāne campus in New Zealand. This role focuses on providing Level 1 desktop support and instructional technology assistance to staff and tauira, ensuring reliable and effective IT services.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant IT diploma or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to customer service in a supportive team environment. A full Class 1 driver’s license and at least three years’ desktop support experience are required.
