Job Description
We're looking for a skilled L2 Desktop Support Engineer who thrives on solving problems and keeping tech running smoothly. You'll be the go‑to person for our team (50+ users), ensuring their laptops, apps, and networks stay reliable and secure.
This role blends desktop support with basic networking responsibilities, giving you the chance to showcase your expertise while working in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
What You'll Do
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Windows 11).
Handle user onboarding/offboarding with efficiency and professionalism.
Troubleshoot application access and deliver O365/email support.
Configure and manage VPN connections.
Coordinate hardware needs and maintain printers/peripherals.
Monitor LAN/WAN and assist with switches, routers, and firewalls.
Partner with ISPs and manage VPN setups.
Support endpoint security and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
