IT Desktop Engineer

IT Desktop Engineer (On-site School Support) - Singapore

Location: Singapore (On-site)
Salary: Up to $2,500/month + Yearly Bonus
Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract (direct hire with client)

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for schools, resolving a range of technical issues.
• Set up, maintain, and repair IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and tablets.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software including Microsoft Office, antivirus tools, and educational applications.
• Handle and transport mobile IT asset carts/trolleys (up to 100kg).
• Assist with ad-hoc IT support tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of IT technical support experience.
• Good command of English to communicate effectively with school staff and vendors.
