IT Demand Management Administrator

An IT Demand Management Administrator acts as the central point for logging, tracking, and prioritizing IT project requests, ensuring they align with resource capacity, often using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. They collaborate between business and IT teams to manage demand pipelines, support PI planning, and report on project status to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Demand Management–Act as the central point for logging all incoming IT project demand requests, ensuring each is accurately recorded within the demand management system.
• Capacity Allocation–Coordinate and track the allocation of available resources (capacity) for IT projects during the Program Increment (PI) planning process; work closely with Enterprise Architecture Lead and stakeholders to ensure capacity aligns with organizational priorities.
