It demand and capacity manager

Role Description : Govern, manage and execute the demand pipeline and IT unit capacity. Develop a Demand and Capacity Framework, defining the processes and tools to effectively forecast, plan, schedule and monitor resourcing across projects, changes and delivery road maps. Facilitate the annual and quarterly planning cycle including structuring, capturing, estimating and mapping of demand against agreed plans and resource base. Develop, define and implement the overall IT demand management structure, capability needs and processes in agreement with IT Leadership. Facilitate regular communication channels and forums to align on planned activities between business units and IT and create transparency about upcoming business initiatives, the current demand pipeline, the current IT change execution performance and capacity situation.
