What does the job look like?
As our Transport Solutions Delivery Lead, you will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of small projects, minor works and continuous improvement initiatives across the Transport Solutions portfolio. You will lead and facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping, working closely with Portfolio and Delivery leadership, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure new capabilities, new sites and system enhancements are delivered effectively, safely and on time.
This role suits someone comfortable balancing structured delivery governance with hands‑on analysis and stakeholder facilitation. You will manage multiple small initiatives concurrently, with a strong focus on analysis, coordination and delivery rather than large standalone programs.
This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC)
