IT Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Data Engineering Manager is expected to use their strong business acumen and leadership skills to effectively guide the Data Engineering team to work with business partners to understand their data needs and develop technical designs and requirements to meet those needs. This role manages the Data Engineering team to take the lead in helping to identify, organize and report on the Firm’s valuable data assets to achieve better operational efficiencies, and provide better services to its clients through data-driven insights and actions. This role, in collaboration with data architects and other IT teams (such as, Business Analysts and Project Managers), will help develop standard processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of sustainable data solutions based on timely provision of requirements, following design standards/best practices, and appropriate IT and user testing.
