Job Description

The IT Cybersecurity Support Specialist acts as the first-level contact for IT security-related issues and plays a key role in ensuring system and data protection. This position supports access management, threat monitoring, incident response, and user education. The role also contributes to ongoing cybersecurity initiatives, system monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of user access across systems (e.g., ERP, email, directories).
  • Monitor and address endpoint security issues, including antivirus status and updates.
  • Draft and distribute cybersecurity advisories and alerts to end-users.
  • Review and respond to reported phishing attempts, spam, and suspicious emails.
  • Manage and resolve cybersecurity-related service tickets in coordination with IT teams.
