Your mission:

  • Coordinate and supervise the IT team, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments
  • Work closely with Corporate IT to ensure compliance and deployment of group IT standards, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems, and peripheral devices
  • Ensure data and system security through backups and protection against cyber threats
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize software and IT systems
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Provide user support for daily IT-related needs
  • Prepare technical documentation and regular reports
  • Manage relationships with IT service providers and hardware suppliers
  • Contribute to IT budget planning and modernization projects
