Job Description

We are looking for an IT Coordinator – Cartões to integrate the team of our client – a reference Portuguese company in the banking sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • Lead the team, define objectives, and ensure performance through continuous feedback and evaluation;
  • Define and monitor work plans, guaranteeing SLA compliance for requests and incidents;
  • Coordinate projects and drive process and solution improvements within your area;
  • Collaborate with other IT and business units and manage relationships with external IT service providers.

What is required from you?

  • Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or other similar areas in reference schools;
  • At least 05 years' experience in leadership roles in IT, ideally in Software Development;
  • Previous experience in financial institutions, having a solid knowledge/ experience in banking business...
