Job Description

We are looking for an IT Coordinator – Cartões to integrate the team of our client – a reference Portuguese company in the banking sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
Lead the team, define objectives, and ensure performance through continuous feedback and evaluation;
Define and monitor work plans, guaranteeing SLA compliance for requests and incidents;
Coordinate projects and drive process and solution improvements within your area;
Collaborate with other IT and business units and manage relationships with external IT service providers.
What is required from you?
Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or other similar areas in reference schools;
At least 05 years' experience in leadership roles in IT, ideally in Software Development;
Previous experience in financial institutions, having a solid knowledge/ experience in banking business processes related to Cards/ Cartões;
