IT Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector and specialized in innovative technological and technical solutions for the industry, we are looking for an IT Coordinator as part of the strengthening of the ICT team.

The IT Coordinator will:

- Liaise with the local key-user community in Italy and the global ERP (SAP) Support Team and be the linking element between them

- Serve as the central Italian ERP (SAP) contact for up-to-date information, both internally for the key users & externally with the global support team

- Manage day-to-day IT operational aspects of Incidents, Changes and Projects, following up with the responsible local and global Support Organizations and Project Management.

- Serve as the liaison between Business and IT, ensuring that proposed solutions are planned and implemented in alignment with business expectations and established processes and procedures.
