Responsibilities:
Provide support for customer requests, analyze problems, and escalate issues when required
Fulfill all IT related Purchasing
Complete all IT related billing and account maintenance
Manage travel arrangements for the IT Team
Communicating and developing relationships with IT team's vendors
Communicate technical information to nontechnical users
Organize and arrange training sessions for team and field on IT related items
Support IT team operations with schedule management and extracurricular event planning
Experience Requirements:
Strong understanding of hospitality operations
Experience in training people on computer systems
