Enhance user experience as an IT Consultant at UniTech in Prince Albert. Support hardware and software needs while maintaining network security and troubleshooting issues.
This position requires expertise in providing maintenance and support for end users. You'll be responsible for installing IT equipment, investigating reported problems, and documenting all actions taken. Candidates should possess a Computer Systems Technology diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide software and hardware maintenance support

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
• Document all support calls and actions taken
• Ensure network security is consistently maintained
Requirements:
