Job Description

Our client is looking for hiring an IT Configuration Officer / Senior Officer will manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring all configuration items are accurately documented and aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage configuration items (CIs)

  • Maintain and audit CMDB accuracy

  • Align configuration updates with change and release processes

  • Analyze configuration trends and discrepancies

  • Support incident and problem management through accurate CI data

  • Coordinate with infrastructure, applications, and service teams

  • Prepare governance and compliance reports
