benchmarks for managing IT assets
Defining metrics, gathering data, and reporting effectiveness of IT asset management processes
Administering the Asset e-Cycle Program
Manage the Software Asset Management process to meet Business and End user requirements
Develop reports that pull data from various sources showing license entitlements, installations,
usage, renewal, procurement status, and data gaps
Ensure that software license, maintenance, and support renewals are managed/handled/ordered
in advance of their expiration
Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines
and internal policies
Understand corporate standards and processes regarding infrastructure maintenance and
