Responsibilities
Maintain and operate the standard Cloud Automation Framework (Infrastructure as Code) for SAP Cloud Computing Services. Develop and maintain the Cloud Automation Solution Roadmap for the SAP Cloud Computing Platform. Contribute to the design of new SAP services and define automation requirements. Manage service orders and projects by assessing new business requirements and ensuring alignment with IT standards. Collaborate with requestors and project managers while adhering to policies and improving processes. Provide appropriate service support for IT domains, IT subdomains, and end users. Monitor and optimize SAP Basis service processes, and actively propose continuous service improvements.
