The IT Client Support Specialist I is responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal and external customers. This role includes handling support tickets, answering calls, configuring equipment, and troubleshooting software issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of IT systems and technologies. This job is onsite and requires work in an office setting.
