Our Client are seeking an IT Change Officer / Senior Officer to support the controlled implementation of IT changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and strict adherence to change management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliance

  • Assess risk, impact, and prioritization of changes

  • Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings

  • Monitor change execution and provide status reporting

  • Maintain accurate documentation and post-implementation reviews

  • Ensure configuration items and impacted services are properly addressed
