About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Change Management Practitioner to support complex IT programmes within a large-scale enterprise environment.
This is not an entry-level change role.
You will operate as a senior change professional partnering directly with IT Programme and Project Managers, driving measurable business outcomes across both traditional and Agile deliveries.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to understand and support Dev Kit Change Management frameworks within enterprise IT programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute end-to-end Change Management plans
Conduct Change Impact Assessments and drive execution plans
Run one or more change workstreams across IT programmes
Deliver change activities to business-ready standards
Drive measurable change outcomes aligned to business value
