Mandatory Requirements

  • +5 years experience as IT Change Analyst
  • Experience within Technical Change Management, Environment Management, Release Management, or IT Operations governance roles
  • Experience coordinating software deployments and infrastructure changes across multiple technologies and platforms
  • Previous experience working within an ITIL Service Management environment with strong understanding of Change, Incident, Problem, and Environment Management processes
