Main Responsibilities

• Business processes: in-depth understanding of the commercial process (internal & external) focused on TS customers and CFE/BUCO to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Work with user leaders across all commercial Business Units.
• IT commercial process referent to support other teams/projects in comply to the corresponding business models.
• Backlog management of new requirements/operation issues and developments related to the processes and tools under his/her responsibility.
• Coordinate commercial process and tools improvements based on efficiency and key business indicators considering other non-commercial areas (Supply Planning, REPL, SOOA, OE, Rig Direct Logistics, Invoicing, Planning & Norms).
