The IT Business Manager (ITBM) owns assigned scope below business/zone/function level and engages with operationally accountable business stakeholders, equipped with an end-to-end (E2E) understanding of relevant IT enabled processes to optimize their speed, impact, and experience for business & customers.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with business/region/function stakeholders below MT on more tactical topics
u2022 Coach & assist stakeholders in articulating problems, crafting business cases and submission of budget approvals
u2022 Apply quality in requirements evaluation, their underpinning value and priority setting
u2022 Collaborate across the IT and business community with relevant experts
u2022 Explore qualified needs with global process owning roles & architects for suitable solutions or roadmap definition
