Weare seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join in Team IT . The successful candidate will serve as the link between businessstakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accuratelytranslated into functional requirements, system improvements, and effectivesolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business units to understand goals,challenges, and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements‑gatheringsessions.
- Analyse and document business requirements (BRDs,functional specs, user stories)
- Collaborate with technical teams to support solutiondesign and data mapping.
- Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria and support UAT execution.
- Assist with change impact assessments, trainingsupport, and go‑live activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Business, Information Systems,or related field.
