Job Description
The IT Business Analyst supports Process Mining and Process Excellence initiatives across Business Units by assisting in the analysis, documentation, and testing of business processes and IT solutions. Guided by the Senior Digital Excellence and Optimization Partner, this role contributes to the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals for efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Accountabilities:
Continuity and quality in REPH Scale Process Mining initiatives- including set-up and configuration, data analysis business process analysis, facilitating process discovery sessions
Document before and after process maps during current state analysis , data insighting and perform benefit impact analysis
Pipeline Management and Qualification of AI and Automation projects
Analyze and document business requirements and workflows
Develop system specifications, process flows, and data conversion strategies
