Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (1–3 years’ experience) who can manage end-to-end business analysis activities including requirement gathering, documentation (BRS/SRS/FSD), project execution support, client communication, UAT coordination, and scope/change management. The candidate should be confident in client‑facing discussions and have strong technical understanding to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops / Business Analyst meetings
  • Prepare high‑quality documentation: BRS, SRS, FSD
  • Must have experience in creating wireframes, mockups & UMLs
  • Convert requirements into user stories, workflows, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
