IT Associate

Job Description

TheIT Associateis a key member of the information technology team and is responsible for providing technical support to the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure that the company's systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

Knowledge in IT-related applications, basic and advanced hardware and operating systems troubleshooting skills

Strong knowledge of and interest in operating systems and servers are preferred experiences in Windows Servers (knowledge of active directory, group

experience in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange is a plus

Good English communication and writing skills.
