IT Associate

Role Profile:

The IT Associate reports directly to Admin Manager. To ensure that the Technical support is provided to the organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties

2. Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

3. Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality

4. Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
