Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Specific tasks and service requirements required on a daily basis.
1. Administer, monitor, and update the database containing documents and artifacts of the project. Extract/generate data and other reports.
2. Analyze and validate various documents, ensure accuracy of input, circulate and track signatures, distribute into various application systems, and maintain and ensure appropriate controls in the preparation of data.
3. Manage correspondence and documents for the supervisors, compose routine communications independently, review documents
before supervisor approval, and ensure conformity to standards. Attend regular project meetings and create meeting notes.
