Job Description
- IT Help Desk Support: Provide assistance to employees by troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues.
- Network Monitoring: Keep track of network performance and connectivity, identifying and resolving any potential issues.
- Hardware & Software Installation: Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
- General IT Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, data backups, and security checks to keep IT systems running smoothly.
- Programming & Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve IT processes.
- Database Development & Management: Design, manage, and maintain databases to support business operations and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow teams and/or clients proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
