Location: Coraopolis, Pennsylvania (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Assets & Facilities Technician. The role involves maintaining the corporate and remote Data Centers. The position requires an individual who can follow instructions and standard operating procedures to support data center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor request queues for tasks, including cable movement and equipment installation.
  • Escort third-party support staff within the facility.
  • Create support tickets for third-party colocation partners to perform tasks.
  • Coordinate with low voltage cablers for work in the corporate office.
  • Maintain and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ship and receive assets in the depot.
