• Maintain accurate records of IT and non-IT assets, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement).
• Optimize asset utilization and reduce redundancy.
• Coordinate with IT/security teams to ensure license and compliance.
• Capable to handle CMDB and automated discovery tools (e.g., ServiceNow , CMDB).
• Ensuring accuracy by reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Monitoring dashboards, resolving duplicates, and maintaining data quality.
• Applying CMDB frameworks to meet audit, ITIL, and regulatory requirements.

Vendor Management

• Establish and maintain vendor evaluation and selection processes.
