Location: Lansing, MI office (Monday – Wed); with mostly remote work Thursday and Friday
Starting Salary Range: $26.97- $30.14 per hour (based on experience and relevant qualifications)
Position Summary
The provides technical support for Michigan Virtual’s enterprise applications and technology services. Responsibilities include supporting user accounts, licensing administration, enterprise application support, onboarding activities, staff training, documentation, and technology adoption. This role serves as a key resource in helping staff effectively utilize enterprise technology tools and services while maintaining accurate documentation and training resources.
