IT Application Support Executive (Mid Role)
Key Responsibility:
Ensure all System Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes and documentation comply with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Prepare and maintain traceability between requirements, changes, test cases, and the Testing Scope Document.
Conduct quality assurance checks on testing scope and related documents for activities such as product releases, system integration/enhancements, performance analysis, and health checks.
Ensure all project/change request/enhancement testing activities comply with the Testing Framework and OM64 standards.
Prepare and present regular, organized, and detailed test status reports and documents to stakeholders and bank management.
Key Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in System Development and Testing Lifecycle within a banking environment.
Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and relevant industry experience.
Certified CTFL is an advantage....
