IT Application Support Executive (Mid Role)

Key Responsibility:

• Ensure all System Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes and documentation comply with the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain traceability between requirements, changes, test cases, and the Testing Scope Document.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on testing scope and related documents for activities such as product releases, system integration/enhancements, performance analysis, and health checks.
• Ensure all project/change request/enhancement testing activities comply with the Testing Framework and OM64 standards.
• Prepare and present regular, organized, and detailed test status reports and documents to stakeholders and bank management.

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in System Development and Testing Lifecycle within a banking environment.
